Indian Government Reached to the Twitter in order to ban Pro Kashmiri/and those who stand with Kashmiri accounts . and Pakistanis are on the top of the list, Modhi’s this action has strong hate against Muslims especially Pakistanis & Kashmiris.
The international Lumen Data that the house of complaint. claims that Indian Electronic Information & Technology minister to submit the request to ban the Pro Kashmiri accounts from twitter. the complaint was filed on 24th of August 2017 and they request to Ban 115 Twitter Account imitate. He said 115 Tweets “which have been found propagating objectionable content”.
they also send the 3 pages Annexure listing the accounts that tweets to violate the Indian law, they Specifically defying the Rule 7 ” Procedure and Safeguard for Blocking for Access of Information for Public” they also mention the law section 69A information technology ACT2000. they complain the Kashmiris and most people stand with Kashmiri and say this way is wrong.Kashmir is the alleged reason for removing their tweets or accounts.
After Complain that Twitter Take an Action and Most of the list people receive the Email from Twitter’s Legal Department on their Twitter Account. The email, according to HT, stated:
Twitter has received official correspondence regarding your Twitter account. The correspondence claims that your account is in violation of Indian law. Please note we may be obligated to take action regarding the content identified in the complaint in the future. Please let us know by replying to this email as soon as possible if you decide to voluntarily remove the content identified on your account.
the worse thing Indian government does is he is not only complaining Kashmir but also make list against Pakistani’s as well. they are trying to impose their so called Indian law on Pakistani’s after getting the emails the famous Pakistani journalist “ZAID HAMID” and PTI’s social media friend Farhan Virk also made the list. their accounts haven’t been terminated. Both took to Twitter, however, to voice their concern over the matter.
