Periods. What’s the big deal people? 🤔The entire female population gets them including mother, sisters and daughters. They are as natural as the changing of the seasons. Let’s not make a big deal out of it. No need to ban films. They happen. Period.

Okay so I watched #padman today. I swear, it’s one of the best films to come out of Bollywood. The film is more about dreams, about helping humanity and making ones country great. Everything else was secondary. It actually tackled the subject of “shame.” Amazing! Amazing!

A man changed the lives of women across India, he made them aware of their unhygienic practices. He found a way to provide them with affordable sanitary napkins. But let’s not share that story because it has something to do with #MenstrualHygiene. Tobah! # padman #menstrualman

So our Censor Board allowed Padmavat which portrays Sultan Allaudin Khilji as a nymphomaniac barbarian & banned #Padman which gives much needed awareness abt menstrual hygiene! I am known as a wannabe Mullah & even i find it pathetic… Grow up Censor Board!

Yes pad in my hand and there’s nothing to be ashamed its natural period…and yes not because I’m promoting Indian film #Padman it’s all okay to have period…proud of being women 🙏🏻 #pad #padmanchallenge censor board can go loud and clear with allowing those underprivileged mujra movies that have more vulgarity and dialogues embedded in them..but raising a very necessary issue is out of their league by banning movies like padman.. Quran openly discuss every issue a man or specifically a women faces from sex to period…. Nauzibillah one should ban Quran or hadees too? Because it’s openly wants people to take hidaya of what’s right? Promoting such films isn’t liberalism or modernism…it’s creating awareness. Pakistan is flushed..in misconceptions and different forward and backward cultures that we are too confused to see what’s right.we might have everything..but we lack in shaoor. We will never grow up no matter how mature we think of ourselves. And that is disappointing. This might offend a lot of people but if you want to live in 21 century act like it..because I know how most of us think and behave in our personal capacities.. don’t make something so natural be deemed as something so disgusting just because it doesn’t meet your standards of decency.i may be wrong on so many levels but how can you allow yourselves to be okay with every other sin and go ..Extremists over just one???? #lifeofwomen #stayhumble 🌸💕

We wouldn’t have posted our #picture if #pakistan #film #censor authorities hadn’t banned the Indian film Padman and #Pakistanis hadn’t been giving flak to #iffatomar. More power to Iffat.
