Recently Launches its First ever Cyber Court which deals with the internet crime. after seeing the increasing rate of internet crime that the government was taken a step and introduce the cyber court which deals the internet crime.
after the launching, the very first case was registered on the dispute between the writer and the website owner on August 18, 2017, at the “Hangzhou Internet Court.” The court will be focused on the civil cases including online shopping. Hangzhou Internet Court opened on Friday to heard its first internet case. Hangzhou and Beijing also accessed the court via computer.
Liang Xiaojun, human rights, stated that,
I don’t think it’s appropriate to broadcast trials online because many people involved in these cases probably don’t want the public to share their personal information.
Cyber Court Deal with the Internet Crimes
the case hearing started after the 20 minutes trial was the lawyer was accessed on their computer. the digital cyber court heard all the related cases included the e-commerce cases. before judges come all the evidence and the defendants and plaintiffs appear and then Jude comes.
The Cyber Court’s Vp Wang Jiangqiao said in the interview, This will move break geographic boundaries and greatly saves time in traditional hearings.
