Blackberry curve 8300 was introduced in March 2007 with OS Version 4.5. Blackberry curve 8300 first time introduced Mini sim card. Curve 8300 had 2.5 inches. 19.4 Display screen. It has a 2MP camera. 64GB Internal memory.  Blackberry introduced 5  back to back variant models 8300, 8310, 8320, 8330 and 8350i. 8300 series has different features which make them successful.

The Blackberry 8900 was released in early 2009 with OS version 5.0 as a quad-band GSM/GPRS/EDGE phone and named the Curve 8900. 8900 was the upgraded model of 8300. the main features were a 3.2-megapixel camera, a micro-USB port, Wi-Fi, and an upgraded operating system.  the reviews of the Curve 8900 were mostly positive with praise for the improvements made over previous models but was criticized for the lack of 3G.

After the success of curve 8900 blackberries decide to introduced curve 8500 early. they announced about 8500 in the same year in June 2009. and they released curve 8500 in August 2009. In blackberry curve 8500 blackberries first time to introduce the new trackpad vs the trackball in previous models.

The BlackBerry Curve 3G 9300, with original OS version 6.0, is a mid-range smartphone developed by Research in Motion and was the first Curve device to function on 3G networks. .BlackBerry Curve 3G 9300 smartphone was launched in August 2010. The phone comes with a 2.46-inch display with a resolution of 240 pixels by 320 pixels at a PPI of 163 pixels per inch. It comes with 256MB of RAM. The phone packs 256MB of internal storage that can be expanded up to 32GB via a microSD card. The BlackBerry Curve 3G 9300 is powered by a 1150mAh removable battery.
