Traffic Plan issued by the Islamabad Traffic Police for 23rd March in Twin Cities.

Islamabad Traffic Police issued traffic plan for the Islamabad and Rawalpindi for 23rd March Pakistan Day Parade. You must follow the plans before and during the Parade.

According to the ITP, the traffic stopped from today, 21st March and 23rd March for Parade from 12.00 am to 2 pm. They also reveal the traffic plans for Pakistan Day.

Airspace and Flight Timings

The flight timings rescheduled due to the PAF rehearsals for Pakistan Day. The airspace remains closed from 12th March to 23rd.

  • Islamabad Airspace to remain closed from 8 am to 12.40 pm between 12th March and 23rd March.
  • Islamabad Airspace to remain closed from 2.30 pm to 4.00 pm between 12th March and 23rd March.

To Murree

The traffic going to the Murree via Motorway, kindly use the Kashmir highway for the Murree.

To Airport

The traffic going to the Airport, they will use  9th Avenue, Murree Road and Rawal Road.

From Airport

The traffic coming from the Airport, they use  Khanna Pul to Lehtrar Road to Park Road and traffic move to the Kashmir Highway via Rawal Dam Chowk.

Islamabad Highway

  • Zero Point to Faizabad.
  • Khanna Pul to Faizabad.
  • Murree Road from Rawal Dam Chowk to Faizabad.

Faizabad 

Faizabad will remain closed from 2 pm to 5 pm for 19th, 21st, and 23rd March Parade.
